| 1 | Petty repairs to joinery works such as easing of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets in position or by taking down if required refixing existing builder hardware etc (removed for repair work of joinery) including providing glue, nails and screws etc required to make the joinery functional and refixing to position and rectifying other misc minor carpentry works assigned all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note (i) :- Items replaced shall be paid seprately at S&F rates and attending for the same shall not be counted and paid under this item.(ii):- The complaints are to be attended at atmost priority and delay will be penalised as mentioned in Particular specification. |
| 2 | Petty repairs to plumbing/internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers, stop cocks etc by tightening and providing washer, repair to float valves, low level cistern by mixture adjustments, leaking water supply lines by tightening the GI fitting or refixing W/S or sanitary fixtures using thread/teflon tapes and including small GI fittings such as GI elbow, socket, union etc as required at site all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
