The Pump Motor equipment shall confer to relevant IS codes IS1710, IS 5120& IS 325 with up-to-date amendments. The Pump Motor assembly shall have to be got inspected by the Third-Party Inspection Agency namely CEIL/EIL/Rites etc and the Certificate of the same shall be provided at the time of the supply of the equipment and cost on account of the same is included.

Clearing of the pump installation area including removal of accumulated silt, sludge, mud, debris, and any other foreign material from the pump sump/foundation area to facilitate safe lowering and proper positioning of the pumping unit.

Fabrication, providing & installation of Mild steel Bend on delivery side of pumping equipment, duly flanged. The bend be fabricated out of MS Pipe with 6mm thickness& the flange shall confer to the specifications of delivery flange of pumping equipment on enlarged end side and shall be 26mm thick. The job includes providing and fitting of fitting material such as M.S nuts Bolts and washers etc. and d shall be coated with two coats of steel primer.

Fabrication and Installation of MS flanged Pipe of 7 feet length (approx.) to be fabricated out of the 350 mm Diameter Departmental MS Pipe lying at the site. The job includes fitting of 26 mm thick M.S flanges on to the ends of the Departmental pipe and fitting of the same on the delivery side of the Pumping equipment. The job also includes providing and fitting of the fitment material such as M.S nuts Bolts and washers etc and involves coating with two coats of steel primer.
