Baking Of Electrode @150 C For One Hour. Base Layer With Welding Electrode Lh 1105-3.2 Mm. Mechanical Cleaning On The First Layer For Dye Penetrate Test For Checking Surface Cracks. If Any. , Maintain Inter-Pass Temperature @ 150C And Top Layer Build Up Using Welding Electrode Lh 521-3.2Mm. Welding Subsequence Layer To Achieved Final Diameter, Considering Machining Allowance. , Wrapping The Welded Area In Asbestos/ Ceramic Cloth For Heat At 50C Per Hour For 4 Hours, Followed By Slow Cooling Till Room Temperature. , Machining/ Grinding To Required Diameter.
