Complete cleaning/servicing of Air Handling Units installed in various locations of GMCH, Jammu by way of cleaning of pre filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes 03 Nos. of cleaning/servicing of all the AHUs in winter Season and also replacement of damaged V-belts as and when required and checking/repair to blower alignment throughout the season. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technician as and when required throughout the season as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.1.
