| 16 | Supply and fix as in repairs cable junction box of size 240 mm x 130 mm x 110 mm with terminals / connectors, mounting bracket & polyamide cable gland with lock nut & bolts including internal connections with proper size Copper/ Aluminum lugs/ thimbles including fixing on pole with clamps and also drilling of two holes on pole for inserting PVC insulated copper cable complete all as directed. |
| 17 | Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT Poles of height 8.5 / 9 mtrs height of LT OH line or street light steel tubular poles above ground level coping including cross arm channels, flat iron clamp in LT OH line by scrapping with wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint including pole numbering all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 18 | Material and labour for p[reparation of external and internal old painted steel surfaces of LT panel boards/ LT feedar pillar boxes/ bus bar chambers, GI pole and bollard etc in position by removing/ scrapping old disintegrated and deteriorated paint and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray gun over a coat of red oxide primer including welding work for doors and writing letter complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 19 | Material and labour for dismantling shaft of AHU plant, transporting to workshop, re-metalling, grinding, machining on lathe and other machines to bring the same in size to fit with bearing for proper functioning, transporting back to AHU plant and re-installing/ commissioning the shaft & pulley with proper alignment complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Supply and fix of shaft bearing as per existing type and recommissioning the shaft/ pulley with proper alignment all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |
