| 1 | Servicing / Preventive maintenance of the following equipments of different capacities by carrying out regular maintenance such as checking of cooling coils, condensers, electric motors of different types and compressors and other parts, cleaning washing with suitable cleaning agent/chemical using vacuum cleaner, Jet spray servicing, replacement of rubber wheels, bolts & nuts, screws check nuts, PVC sleeves and thimbles, and other parts as required, checking all electrical parts and electrical wiring etc, tightening of electrical connections, greasing of electric motors, checking of gas pressure and gas charging to the desired pressure to ensure serviceability regularly through out the contract period complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-(a) 1.5/2.0/3.0 tons capacity split type ACs |

| 7 | Taking out sealed/ old burnt compressor of split type AC 1.5 ton and S&F of new sealed compressor of approved make as per reciprocating type suitable for 1.5 Ton capacity AC and connecting up suction and discharging pipe line with gas welding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: M/s Kirloskar / M/s Carrier/M/s Voltas/ M/s Bluestar. |

| 9 | Taking down split type AC and taking out rotary type sealed compressor of split type AC 1.5 ton capacity and S&F new sealed rotary type compressor of approved make and discharging pipe line with gas welding and refixing the repaired AC in its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge |

| 24 | M&L for Shifting of Split type Air Conditioner of any type and make, up to 2 TR from existing location to other location and installing indoor and outdoor units as directed including provision of necessary brackets (L type) clamps, GI nuts, bolts and washers etc for fixing of indoor / outdoor units with and including topping up of refrigerant gas and Nitrogen pressure test to find out leakage, commissioning and testing and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed. Note : PVC pipe for protection , drain pipe , control cable, extra copper tubing of any size for suction / discharge will be measured and paid separately. |
| 25 | M&L for Shifting of Window type Air Conditioner of any type and make, up to 2 TR from existing location to other location and installing as directed, commissioning and testing including making opening of required size in walls or existing windows of any type, provision of necessary brackets, clamps, GI nuts, bolts and washers etc for fixing of AC,and making good disturbed surface of walls and windows complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) PVC drain pipe , control cable where required will be measured and paid separately. |
| 26 | S & F in repair/replacement electric wiring kit (PCB) suitable for 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton Window type air conditioner of any make and type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New PCB shall be as per the existing one. |
| 27 | Supply in replacement Remote assembly cordless as per existing make and size window/split type AC's as per AC make complete as specified. |
| 28 | Taking down corroded body base tray etc of Split type AC of 1.5 Ton / 2 Ton capacity and replacement of body base tray etc made out of 18 SWG mild steel and other portion of mild steel sheet of 20 SWG including motor mounting frame fix with nuts and bolts of suitable size and painting with one coat of black enamel paint and necessary insulation complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for reassembling. |
