| 108 | Attending geyser complaints after collecting from complaint cell of AGE E/M and rectifying the complaint by making the geyser functional within 48 hours, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i). Cost of minor spare parts like screws, nut, bolts, washers, wire, fuse, indicating lamp etc shall be deemed included in the unit rates. However, S&F of other spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (ii). Technician should be equipped with all tools & plants like tester, multi-meter, etc as per site requirement .(iii). The Mechanic/Electrician complaints shall be attended and rectified as soon as possible but not more than 48 Hrs of handing over of complaint slip. However, certain complaints, if declared as urgent by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be attended and rectified by the contractor on the same day. Violation of this time line shall attract a penalty of Rs 250.00 per complaint per day on the contractor.
