| 1 | Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.1. Repairing and overhauling of 03 nos. gear box of forward and reverse and side movement operation system.2. Repairing of hoist gear box system.3. Fitment, alignment, clamping & Nut bolt tightening of old rail line.4. Cleaning of 03 phase power angle through wire brush and cleaning of electrical panel box.5. Repairing of main gear teeth welding and machining, cleaning of greasing and lubricating of all roller bearings of overhead crane system.6. Repairing and machining of thruster brake assembly.7. Replacement and repairing of all failed electrical parts/sub-asslys as listed below.8. Calibration and testing of EOT crane for safe and proper operation.Note: Maximum deployment of manpower likely to be 1. Skilled Fitter for 20 nos. manshifts, 2. Skilled Welder for 10 nos. manshifts 3. Skilled Electrician for 10 nos. manshifts and 4. Un-killed manpower for 20 nos. manshifts. |
