Providing and fixing of 9 mm Synthetic Polyurethane Sports Flooring which consist of following a) Surface Preparation:- Cleaning and preparation of the existing surface to ensure proper bonding and long-term performance.b) Application of PU Primer:- Application of high-quality polyurethane primer to create strong adhesion between the base and flooring system.c) 7 mm Rubber Base Layer (In-Situ):- Installation of a 7 mm thick rubber cushion layer for shock absorption, flexibility, and enhanced player safety.d) Pore Filling (Two Layers):- Application of two coats of pore filler to achieve a smooth and even surface.e) 2 mm Self-Leveling PU Wear Coat:- Application of a self-leveling polyurethane layer to provide strength, uniformity, and durability.f) PU Color Coating (UV Resistant):- Application of final color coating resistant to UV rays and environmental conditions.g) Game Line Marking:- Professional marking of sports lines as per standard dimensions..all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
