Nos. of panels 700.0 0.0 0.0 Total exclusive of GST 0.0 GST @18% 0.0 Gross Total Amount 0.0 Note: 1.0 Bidder has to quote all the items 2.0 Successful bidder shall be identified on overall value i.e totality basis. 3.0 In case of discrepancy between rates and amount quoted above, the quoted rates shall prevail and appropriate corrections shall be made by corporation during evaluation. 4.0 Adjustments made by the Corporation as a part of Correction of Errors in the quoted BOQ, shall be final and binding upon the bidders. If a bidder does not except the corrected calculation, their bid shall be rejected. Notes:- SCOPE OF WORK1. Sizes of panels as per below:a) Carrying side : Panel size 2000 mm × 700 mm.b) Return side : Panel size 2000 mm × 300 mm.c) Fabrication of panels : Square hollow section 25 mm × 25 mm (3.2 mm thickness);Steel wire mesh 50 mm × 50 mm (wire dia. 4 mm);d) Fixing the panels : square hollow section 40 mm × 40 mm (3.2 mm thickness).2. No separate shutdown will be given for installation of guard panels and lockingchannels. The guarding is to be done in maintenance shifts/Sunday as per instruction ofEngineer-in-charge of respective section.3. The primer, paint, Fasteners and all the tools & tackles like brushes, scrappers, sandpapers, ladder etc. required to carry out the proposed work is in contractor's scopeonly. Supply of all steel and painting will be in contractors Scope.4. Contractor has to arrange their own transport to shift manpower, welding machine,welding electrodes and or any other items for carrying out the said work.
