| 38 | It is hereby intimated that this work shall be executed at the risk and cost of the contractor of Contract DC-07. Therefore, the items listed in the Schedule of BOQ are intended to be executed only in the event of failure by the contractor of Contract DC-07 to perform the same. The bidder shall note that these items may either not be executed at all or may be executed partially, depending upon the requirement for which the contractor of this work shall be notified 07 days in advance(Notice to commence).No claim for under execution of any of the Item(s) shall be entertained & thus no claim shall be admissible. The contractor of this work shall mobilise within the said 07 days time. The contractor of this work shall also be notified about the completion of that particular work (offload from DC-07 contract) along with notice to start. In case contractor of this work fails in mobilise the allocated work (as notified time to time ) then LD amounting 0.1% per week of the amount as calculated towards said notified work. The same rate of LD is also applicable in case of delay in compeletion of work as notified by the Engineer. |
