Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Priming Pump coupled with 05 HP 3-Phase Electric motor on common frame base. The size of the pump shall be 65mm x 50mm. The priming pump shall be of standard quality (Make:KEC/ABB/Siemens/CGL/GEC/equivalent). The priming pump shall be installed at foundation block which shall be laid in proper grouting. All the materials required for the foundation block shall be arranged at site. The Priming pumping unit shall consist of following fittings:a) Suction pipe 65 mm dia (20 rft approx.)b) Delivery pipe 50mm dia (15 rft approx.)c) MS flange 65mm (04 No.)d) MS flange 50mm (01 No.)e) Ball valve 50mm (02 No.)f) Ball valve 25mm (01 No.)g) 05 HP DOL Starter (01 No.)h) CI foot valve 65mm (01 No.)i) Copper conductor 2.5 sq-mm (30 Mtr. approx.)The Job includes all unforeseen items as required at site during the execution of work including cutting & welding works and cement concrete work for grouting of the base frame of suitable dimensions as per the size of the base frame.
