1. Manufacturing, testing, supplying and fixing of “M” type 800 H fenders of 2.0m long M1 grade at West Quay berths with 50% deflection to resist the reaction force 139.8 Tons and energy absorption of 43.4 Tons-m with the tolerance of ±10% and confirming to standard specifications and drawing with all fixtures such as M64 resin anchor bolt , nuts and washers of stainless steel SUS 316 grade/AISI 316 /BS 970 Gr 316-8 Nos, per fender. Including making suitable holes(to required dia and depth) in the facia of the existing Wharf (PCC/RCC structure/stone facia work) and fixing the anchor bolts rigidly in correct alignment and position by filling/ grouting with Polyester resin grout such as Fosroc Lokfix or resin grout material such as HILTI RE 500/ HILTI RE 500 V3 or any equivalent material of approved quality. All as per drawing, manufactures specifications handling, transportation, third party inspection, all labour, staging, tools, equipment plants, machineries,fuel etc, Complete.

Manufacturing, testing, supplying and fixing of “M” type 800 H fenders of 1.6m long M1 grade at Jawahar dock west berths with 50% deflection to resist the reaction force of 112 tons and energy absorption of 34.80 tons-m with the tolerance of ±10% and confirming to standard specifications and drawing with all fixtures such as M64 resin anchor bolt , nuts and washers of stainless steel SUS 316 grade/AISI 316 /BS 970 Gr 316-6 Nos, per fender.Including making suitable holes(to required dia and depth) in the facia of the existing Wharf (PCC/RCC structure) and fixing the anchor bolts rigidly in correct alignment and position by filling/ grouting with Polyester resin grout such as Fosroc Lokfix or resin grout material such as HILTI RE 500/ HILTI RE 500 V3 or any equivalent material of approved quality. 3. Removing the existing \\"M” fenders, anchor bolts, nuts etc., from the facia of JD (west), West quay 1,2,3,4 and center berth including cutting wherever required without damaging the existing wharf structures including making good the disturbed portion if any and handing over the removed materials to the departmental stores/ R.S.O yard with in a lead of 3 km.3(a).
