| 7 | M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.(ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹44 per kg. |
| 8 | M & L for applying tack coat (VG10) on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | M & L for semi dense ashphaltic concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Providing and applying 2.5mm thick and nt exc 10 cm wide on road marking strips(retro reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glass beads dispenser,propane tank heater and profile shoe heater,driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material,labour,T&P claning the road surface of all dirt, seals ,Oil,greade and forign material etc.complete all as specified and directed. |

| 13 | Supply and fixing, in repairs, Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.
