| 6 | M&L for taking out exhaust fan for repair of any make/ model of sweep 250 mm to 300 mm by removing burnt / heated winding from stator and rewinding the stator coils with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation material, varnishing and provision of cotton tape, re-assembling and testing including replacement of shaft and bearing of suitable size (ISI marked), mounting lugs and two core flexible wire of size 0.50 sq mm with copper conductor of suitable upto 1.50 m length from fan terminal to ceiling rose gun metal bush, bearing set and capacitor & refiixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed. |

| 22 | AIR CONDITIONERTaking down carefully window / Split Air Conditoner unit capacity of 1.5/2.0 Ton from the fixtures, disconnecting power cables, drain pipes & accessories and cleaning by removing dust with suitable pressure system, cleaning of air filters, tightening of loose wire, nuts, bolts, washers, servicing of condenser motor & blower motor by greasing including minor repairs, required welding or brazing to prevent leakages of gas, replacement of worn out rubber bushes of condensor motor, setting of grill alignment & knobs, Checking for any leakages, provision of tharmocol,Brass nut, flair nuts, backelite connector and refixing the AC unit and connecting up complete after carrying out necessary repair/servicing to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge. Note : Spare parts will be measured and paid under relevent items of schedule. |
