Main Server AMC - Comprehensive AMC of the primary database cum vending server at GE (AF), Subroto Park. This server handles the entire prepaid smart metering system for data storage, vending, monitoring, and encryption. The AMC includes: (a) Full maintenance of Server App, Web & Database complete system (b) OS and firmware upgrades for desktops, printers, and all network firewall (Primary & Secondary) (c) Maintenance of CAT 7 structured cabling and network connectors (d) AMC of power backup UPS (5.5 KVA, 30 mins backup), including replacement of old batteries(e) Renewal and deployment of enterprise-level antivirus (Quick Heal Server Edition) for all connected systems (f) AMC for VMware, HPE Server, firewall, router, and network switches (g) Annual procurement and renewal SSL certificates, domain registration, and CERT security certificate for secure web vending portal as per requirement (h) Server performance monitoring, weekly reporting.

DR (Disaster Recovery) Server AMC - Complete AMC of backup/DR server, infrastructure for business continuity at Ge (AF), Subroto Park. This server mirrors live vending and database operations to prevent any downtime includes: (a) Maintenance of Server App, Web, DB acomplete (b) Maintenance of CAT 7 network cabling and replacement of connectors when needed(c) Licence renewal of VMware, HPE, firewall, router, and switch (d) Weekly sychronization verification with the Main server and DR drill support

AMC for Internet and SMS Services - Provisioning and AMC of WAN Internet and SMC gateway services across all vending stations and scope of work includes: (a) SMS for OTPs/token delivery or alerts (b) Monthly recharge and monitoring of SMS bakance usage (c) Annual maintenance of internet connectivity (wired/4G/5G) with ISP coordination at vending Station's (d) Security policy review and firewall rule optimizationNOTES FOR ITEM NO 1.00 TO 3.00:- (i) OEM Authorization is mandatory to facilitate daily operations. The contractor must submit a valid Authorization letter from the OEM for support and service during the contract period with the tender documents.(ii) OEM authorization must be established between the contractor/bidder and the department. This authorization document needs to be uploaded along with the tender documents Furthermore, all work related to this project must be carried out by the OEM or an OEM-authorized vendor, specifically M/S Secure Meters Ltd. (iii) The contractor shall upload/submit the Intent of MOU with OEM i.e. M/S Secure Meters Ltd. in cover-1, failing which their application/bid will be summarily rejected. The contractor will also submit the physical copy of Intent of MOU alongwith their application before tender inviting authority prior to bid opening date (Cover 1) failing which bid submitted by the contractor cover No.2 shall not be opened.
