Designing, supply erection, commissioning and testing of heavy Foamming jet fountains having bunch of white foaming water 07 nos. Nozzle outside made out from Aluminium Alloy casted with inside ABS plastic moulded two piece assembly for smooth runnung white foaming jets water. Main Line made out from Surya/ Jindal / Apolo or eq make in size of 2 inch B class GI pipe line. Nozzle Mounted on ball joints assembly Alumimium Alloy casted inclusive of fountain nozzles each fully adjustable for a precision effect. Main Line Mainifould of Mild Steel dully Powder Coating. All Nut & bolts are G.I, PU Gaskets, pipe work, manifold nozzles made of precision machined brass including all final epoxy finishing work of pipe surface etc. Cable 3 Corex 2.5 sq mm copper 10 Mtr and for pump and 4 core x 1.0 sq mm copper 10 Mtr for Light of Polycab/Finolex/JMP or equilant. Material of construction of various components Manifold: MS of 10” dia. -Epoxy coated Pipe work: 2inch Surya/ Jindal /Apoloor Eqmake 14 ft long. Fittings Like Elbow, Tee, Sockets, Brass Ball Valve, Ball Joint, Hexconnector, Nipples, Hex nipple etc Nozzle: Aluminum with Engineering Plastic( ABS). Supply and fixing of 5.0 HP X 01 Pump panel box for above pumps of CRC 18 gauge steel sheet enclosure with front Double door type and Top hut type with back wall mounting type and provision for incoming & outgoing cable dully Powder Coated paint finish. Panel comprising 1 No main incoming 4 pole MCB, and 2 Pole MCB 01 Nos. Panel back up HRC fuse for pump circuit, Contactors unit with overload relay, Main Door Start stop push button switch with LED Red, Blue, Green, Indicator for phase Light. LED Light sequencer arrangement at main door with connection strips for Lights and Pump both. Contactors unit with overload relay, all accessories must be or Cat. I duly tested. Supplier has to provide Test certificate from National testing lab for IP55.

Designing, supply erection, commissioning and testing of water proof high power LED lighting system manufactured by ISO 2015 certified company make Premier / Syska / Fontasia/ S.L.Fountain make shall change the colours continually RGB and produce 16.7 million colours shall consist of 9watt(1wx9) 12 volt lights comprising high quality waterproof luminaries, wiring shall be reputed make double insulated PVC with copper conductor not less than 0.75 sq.mm connection shall be fully waterproof. Luminaries shall have die cast aluminium alloy bodies with epoxy polyester coating. Wall thickness not less than 5 mm. Hi Power LED's and Hi Power Reflective lens 45 degree. All external nuts bolt AISI 304 stainless steel. PVC Cable Gland IP 68. Test certificate for IP 68.

LED Light sequencer of Premier / Oasis / S.L.Fountain make to change the colour. Sequencer is fully equiped with in built SMPS for 220 volt to 12 Volt Operations 02 Nos for 12 Lights one sequencer and for 4 lights. Sequencer is operated with remote to adjust time of changing colour with function of fixed light each colour as required etc. Controller has on off switch with remote sensor in in front.
