Providing & Installation of Digital Relay in Place of Numerical/Mechanical/Damaged (Burnt) Relay of 11 KV Feeders at 33/11 KV Sub-Stations of EDD Bahraich, Nanpara & Kaisarganj In the Jurisdiction of ETD-Bahaich, Under EDC-Bahraich, Numerical (3O/C+IE/F) should have following technical specification (Make Ashida, Schneider, C&S ETC. as per Mvvnl Standard):-1- Current rating : 1A/5A site selectable.2- Aux Supply : 24-23 V AC/DC rated (As per IEC).3- Draw out with CT shorting.4- SCADA compatible with RS 485 Port.5- Frant LEDs display for following : L1, L2, L3, E Trip for faulty Y phase/Earth, Low set trip, high set trip.6- Relay should have minimum 4 DI, 6 DO.7- The relay should have cold load pick up, harmonic blocking and CBFP.
