Corrigendum : Tender For Tar Felting Of 03 Nos. Draglines And Roof Sealing And Tarfelting Of 03 Nos. Er Shovels (02 Nos. Be-195B And 01 No. Pnh-1900Al) Of Khadia Project.
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.For Draglines-1. Removal of Old Tarfelting and Cleaning of Area to felted.2. Denting of roof wherever needed for proper tarfelting.3. New tarfelting of machine house roof and operator cabin roof.Note: Maximum deployment of manpower likely to be 1. Skilled manpower for 234 nos. manshifts and 2. Un-skilled manpower for 452 nos. manshifts. For ER shovels (02 nos. BE-195B and 01 no. P&H-1900AL) 1. Cleaning of dust and damaged material of old tarfelting work. 2. Fitment work of new tarfelting.Note: Maximum deployment of manpower likely to be 1. Semi-Skilled manpower for 03 nos. manshifts and 2. Un-skilled manpower for 03 nos. manshifts.

Charges for Providing and lying four course water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 confirming to IS:702 applied hot @1.45kg per sq. M of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-1 (hessian based self finished bitumen felt) and fourth and final course of stone grit at 6 cubic decimeter per square meter, including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete with : bitumen felt(hessian base) type 3 grade 1 confirming IS:1322 (Ref.- DSR 22.8.1)Note : The area of a. Somnath- 697 Sqm , b. Baidyanath- 700Sqm c. Vishwanath-700 Sqm.
