Bids Are invited for Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - 220 Kv Sub Station Dohna Under Etd-Ii Bareilly; Substation, Switchyard; Service Provider - Inspection And Rectification Of Gas Leakage Of 220 Kv Sf-
Inspection and Rectification of gas leakage of 220 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (ABB make) available in spare at 220 K.V. |S/S Dohna. The job includes opening of Leaked Phase Assembly from upper & lower terminal flanges. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelains with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution, replacement of all O-Ring of the pole and gas pipe fitting by applying anabond adhesive. Re- assembly of pipe, then evaluation of pipe upto 760 mm HQ. After testing of vacuum for 12C Hrs. and satisfactory result, refilling of SF-6 gas upto required level. Checking of proper operation of Circuit Breaker from local and remote. All materials, T&P except SF-6 gas required for execution of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
