Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing and fixing rock anchor 25 mm dia 3 to 5 m long into rock/ concrete including drilling the holes and grouting complete as per direction of EIC

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.- Thermo-Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

Excavating , Suppling and filling of local earth (including loyalty) by mechnical transport up to a lead of 5KM also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenchs plinth, sides of foundation etc complete.Includes Following notes:Note# 1 Deduct for not rolling with power roller of minimum 8 Tonne for Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth.Note# 2 Deduct for not watering the excavated earth for banking.
