| 1 | Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 2 No. submersible pump sets of specification 15000 GPH x 76mtrs at Tube Well Yatri Niwas(Base Camp) by way of fabrication and fitting of 02 no. U – shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pumps by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of 02 no. expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. One no. submersible pump set kept at site as standby. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Job includes Providing and fabrication of15 no. GI Pipesof 150mm diaof length 10’each. Welding of pipes with flanges after cleaning the ends and grinding them for preparing the surface. Welding of the required no of flanges with 12mm thick heavy-duty flanges. Providing and fitting of 6” clamps (2 no.), fabrication of6” bend to be fitted above BGL. The job also includes providing and fitting of 01no. check valve(CS) & 02No. sluice valve(CS) heavy duty6”to the delivery line of submersible pump set, providing and fitting 02 no’s flanges and fitment in the pipe making of holesto match with the check valve and sluice valve. Job also includes providing of washout at end of rising main. Welding of flange and tightening of check valve & sluice valve and nut bolts with rubber insertion sheet. A side cut is to be made in each flange to accommodate the submersible cable and strengthening of flanges by providing and welding of 12mm thick cleats. Job also includes cutting theextra Tube Well casing to a level as per site condition above the road level.Shifting of tripod to the site. Providing and fitting of submersible cable 16 sq. mm (120mtrs) and lowering of submersible pump set along with submersible cable 16 sq. mmand column pipes one by one by fastening the nuts and bolts and insertion of rubber insertion sheet. Job also includes Providing and Fitting of digital flow meter of required diameter for measuring discharge of flow water on delivery line having digital display device on wall of pump room. Job also involves carriage and shifting of pump set, tri pod to the work site and lowering of submersible pump set. Job also includes Earthing of all equipmentviz voltage stabilizer, LT control panel, electric transformer by way of excavation of pit of size 4’ x 3’ x 6’ depth near to tubewell for earthing of pumping machinery. Job includes disposal of dismantled / excavated debris of permissible dumping place by manual labor, cleaning of excavated pits properly. Providing and laying of copper earthing plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm(approx.). Providing and fixing copper strips (25 x 6 mm) earthingupto ground level. Providing and filling of charcoal and salt in layers for proper earthing and filling of excavated pits with good earth. Providing and laying of ½” dia. GI pipes with funnels on upper side above ground level for watering purposes. Earthing of LT control panel, voltage stabilizer and electric transformer by using GI strips / copper cable 25 x 6 mm properly tightened with nuts and bolts. Providing and fixing of heavy duty sheet on the floor to avoid electric shocks during the maintenance work. The sheet must be electric shock proof, fire proof and heavy duty to bear the variable loads of pump motor set, column pipes and labor using heavy duty hinges so that the sheet can be lifted safely in case the gravel needs to be filled again. | 2 | Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel 01 no. cum star delta starter for operation of Motor at Tube WellYatri Niwas (Base Camp). The panel is tell sheet enclosed dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG pressed and shaped CRCA sheet steel supported on MS angle of 75 mm ISMC of suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. Panel edges and door edges is reinforced against distortion. The panel is sturdy enough for vibration free operation and is equipped with suitable locking / sealing arrangements. The structure is provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel is given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of powdered coated steel grey paint and is equipped with following components.1. 1. Incoming Panel Box: - The incoming panel box is fitted with MCCB of 200 Ampere capacity for OL, SC, EF protection having display with ON / OFF, trip indicating light, digital multifunction meter with communication port (RJ485), digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, control fuse etc. of approved make.2.Star delta starter: - The panel is fitted with a fully automatic contactor of 140 Amp -2 nos. and 110 Amp - 1 no. for star delta operation, 1 no. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 3 nos. indicators, for status of starter i.e. running, tripped, by passed / in line of protection system. 1 no. MCB 2 Amps for the protection of internal control wiring. Complete accessories of approved make. Neat and clean internal control wiring is made with the flexible copper cables to complete the start delta circuit of outgoing supply. 2. Protections device: - The panel is fitted with protection devices like relay, CT/PT, timer, ROM of suitable rating having inbuilt display ON / OFF, control fuse, fault analyzer with capacity to protect motor by isolating the power supply of motor de-energizing the starter/ panel from electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings like phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalanced voltage, reverse phasing, over current / load, dry running, unbalanced current / load, earth leakage, short circuiting, locked motor, broken shaft. It also displays current of RYB phase and also line voltage of RY an YB phase and record trip counts and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalanced phase, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage, under voltage / reverse phasing respectively. Analyze, display and record no of operation and duration of motor running. Complete accessories of reputed make.3. Bi-metallic overload relay: - A bi-metal over load relay of suitable range is fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation / bye passswitch to bye pass the fault analyzer.4. Automation: - The panel is to be fitted with an automation system in which the tripped motor tripped due to power failure or by the protection device, should start automatically after the resumption of power or rectification of voltage related faults. But in case of current and mechanical faults the motor should start after pressing the manual reset button thus providing complete protection as well as complete automation simultaneously. Installation: - In addition to this the panel cum star delta starter is properly installed at pumping station on floor / wall as per site provision foundation bolts in ground The starter is connected with main incomer MCCB with bus bar / copper flexible cable arrangement of adequate current carrying capacity. Providing and fitting of copper cable of 95 mm sq. (24 mtrs approx.) for connection of LT panel with voltage stabilizer. The bus bar / cable is fitted with the help of insulators into the panel firmly to withstand any short circuit stresses. All other components i.e. meters, indicators, push buttons, protection relays, operation coils of contactors etc. is connected with flexible copper cable to complete the circuit for operating the motors. All the internal wiring is neat and clean. Complete job including cost of material and labor charges, transportation of panel from workshop to pumping station at site of work. The job also includes testing / setting of protection panel at different loads.Electrification: - Job includes complete electrification of Pump Room by way of providing and fitting of main service line of twin core 6 mm copper cable from main switch to main MCB. Providing / Fitting of LED lights 10 watts - 4 nos. to side walls of the pump room building having individual and independent OFF / ON switches arrangement. The Copper wire should be laid of 1.5 mm through PVC baton of 40 mm size as per site requirement with adequate nos. of circuit points. Fitting of main light board having OFF / ON switches and power points and heating points boards which shall carry switches socket combine 15 Ampere. Providing / Fitting of 2 nos. LED street lights – 40 watts each to the side walls of the pump room building having individual OFF / ON switches. Providing and Fitting of HD Camera- 03 Nos., IP Camera- 02 Nos., with backup battery, LED 24 Inch with the facility of Internet. Providing of Tool kit – 01 No., Steel Bench – 01 No., 7ft Steel Step folding ladder – 01 No. of minimum bearing load 150 kg. All the lights shall have to be connected to main DP switch inside the pump room for operation. Job also includes providing and fitting of ceiling fan and steel bench for sitting arrangement. The job also includes Providing and Fitting of matting (Electric Shock Proof) in order to cover the floor as on the size of the tubewell room. The job also further includes making of slab (concrete slab) of high 6 inch from the floor of mixture 1:2:4 for installation of electro-mechanical components viz..
