Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centring andshuttering --All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brickaggregate 20 mm nominal size).

First class brick work in foundation and plinthincluding cost of all materials as required complete: In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring shuttering finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level. 1: 1 1/2:3 (1 cement : 1 1/2 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with timber planks.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo Mechnically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix cement morter 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand). Neat cement punning.

Providing and laying dry flat brick flooring in required pattern complete.

Earth work in rough excavation banking excavated earth in layers not excedding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
