Design, supply, installing, testing and commissioning of 10 Passenger (680 Kg) (Gearless type) capacities Lift 1 m/sec speed with V3F drive, serving Ground+3 Floors including Emergency drive unit for automatically rescuing trapped passenger from inside the Lift in case of power supply failure by bringing the Lift to the nearest landing as per the technical specification mentioned in the tender documents, including all civil, electronics and electrical materials e.g machine beams, buffer support channels, fascia plates, landing sills, pit ladder etc. required for installation of lift in the existing lift well. Scaffolding, cutting holes, grouting and making good damages in walls, floor, ceiling etc. for fixing accessories, foundation bolts, load hook etc., hoist way wiring and other associated wirings including fire man’s switch complete in all respect as per Technical specification (L) of the Bid Documents.The price should inclusive of all the charges including GST.

Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade single core/multi-core aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988.
