| 2 | Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil (11KV/0.433KV, 1600VA x2) with portable dehydration machine to achive dielectric strength above 50 KV including testing, Testing should be carrying out of dielectric strength of oil before and after dehydration including draining and refilling of oils from transfomer complete as required once in year and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |

| 5 | Preventive Maintenance and Testing of 11kV VCB UNIT (Make: CG). VCB panel maintenance such as loose connection (power & control) checked and tightened, CT & PT connection checked and tightened, busbar connection checked and tightened, IR value testing, indication lamps are to be checked/replaced, if required. Calibration of Relays by Seconadary injection test and testing of HT Panel by primary injection test, replacement of batteries of DC power pack etc., Measuring of IR value of PT & CT by megger, High Voltage test of VCB, Earth resistance test including corrective actions to achieve desired value and to be recorded in the register once in year as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 6 | Preventive Maintenance and Servicing of Main LT Panel Coulped through Bus Trunking system from LV Side of Transformers and consisting of Three Sections coupled through Bus Coupler with a provision of automatic phase sequence correction system controlled with automated PLC system and associated accessories required for its automatic operation of AMF Panels of Two DG Sets having capacity of 380 KVA and 750 KVA. The maintenance and servicing of above LT panel is inclusive of replacement of defective relays, contactors, control MCBs, UPS batteries and DC Power Packs of PLC controller etc. as desired and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge. |
