| 9 | Providing, laying, aligning, and jointing 200 mm diameter (i/d) M.S. pipe having 8 mm wall thickness, fabricated as per IS:3589 (2001) from Fe-330 grade steel plates conforming to IS:2062 and manufactured by approved makes such as TATA, Jindal, or ESL. The work includes cutting, leveling, grinding, and jointing of the pipes by welding. The internal surface and outer surface of the pipe shall be coated with a minimum 200-micron thick food-grade epoxy lining complete in all respects as per specifications and as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Star/Delta starter panel for 60 HP non-clog submersible pump, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply, complete with 3-position selector switch (Manual–Off–Auto) with auto mode facility, MCCB of minimum 160A rating for short circuit protection, single phase preventor, thermal overload relay suitable for motor full load current (adjustable range 70A to 100A) and AC-3 duty contactors comprising main contactor not less than 125A and star and delta contactors not less than 80A each including voltmeter, ammeter and frequency meter with selector switches, complete with all control wiring, terminations, glands, lugs and necessary protection accessories etc. The panel shall be fabricated out of 10-tank process treated MS enclosure with PU gasket, having minimum 1000 hours Salt Spray Test (SST) life, conforming to relevant IS/IEC standards, complete in all respects as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) raft of existing sump well size 3mx3m and thickness varying from 250mm to 500 mm, including cutting of reinforcement, breaking into pieces, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead, including dismantling and safe removal of existing machinery comprising 4 nos. non clog submersible pumps, delivery line, NRVs, sluice valve, electrical fittings and all allied appurtenances and refixing/reinstallation of the same after completion of work, including making necessary temporary pumping arrangements during execution and providing, fixing and commissioning of pumps in case of rainfall/emergency as required to ensure uninterrupted functioning, complete in all respects, including cost of labour, tools and plants, machinery and adherence to all safety measures as per relevant codes and standards as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
