Hard facing on top layer of idler assly.4. Grinding and finishing of complete circumference of idler assly.5. Replacement of bushing of P.no. 130TF03136.6. Fitting on idler assly and track chain.7. Dismantling of TC cooler assly.8. Cleaning, washing, gauging with acid.9. New O ring changing and testing.Material Required:-Steel electrode-12 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-10 kg, Hard facing electrode-08 kg, Grinding wheel-05 nos, Bushing -02 nos.Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
