Jobs to be done: 1. Front damage plate cutting.2. New plate welding in place of damaged plate by steel low hydrogen electrode.3. Front ribs new plate bending, shaping and welding.4. Blade back side damaged lower portion cutting and new plate welding by steel electrode.5. Filling of materials in bracket and cap and welding making round as per standard sized.6. Welding of wear plate on the blade face and sides.Material Required:-DA cylinder-01 nos, Oxygen cylinder-02 nos, Gauging electrode-18 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-20 kg, Steel electrode-24 kg, Grinding wheel-04 nos.Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
