Supplying, installation , commissioning and testing of 58.5 KVA 3 Phase (Silent and out door type) Disel Generator Set diesel engines turbocharged with after cooler, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs operation. Diesel Engine will comply with present CPCB-IV norms and latest other specification. The diesel engine will comprise of following: - Radiator with Fan Fuel pump with Electronic Governor Dry type air cleaner Exhaust Silencers Lub Oil filters (Spin On Type) Fuel Oil filter (Spin On Type with Pre & Micro filter) 12V Electric starting system Battery charging alternator Stop solenoid Lub Oil pressure gauge Water temp. Gauge Lub oil temperature gauge Ammeter battery charging K - Cool Super Plus coolant First Fill of Lube oil as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge (Including one year free Maintenance ) . Supplying, fitting and fixing of 58.5 KV DG set on suitable trailor (DG on Wheels) including cost of trailor having 4 wheels (150mm x 75mm chassis, body size (3048mmx 1829mm), 5mm flower plate, two numbers of new wheel (900-16) type heavy duty axel & disc) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
