Daily rate Per Field Service Technician. Note: 1 EA = 1 Manday i.e. 12 HRS of One Field Technician. Only spent days at site (Including Sunday and Public holidays) shall be considered for payment as per time sheet certified by IOCL site engineer.

Mobilization & Demobilization:Mobilization and Demobilization ChargesMobilization and Demobilization charges of expert/technician from vendor's stay to IOCL Paradip and vice versa with all special type of tools & tackles such as slot screen gauges, special type of chisels, special type of hammers, etc, PPE's, IFR suit etc. the charges are inclusive of traveling charges( via flight/train/cab, etc.), travel mandays and all other expenses incurred by vendor during mobilization & demobilization, completion of IOCL gate pass formailities, IOCL fire safety training formalities, etc.The per \\"EA\\" rates are the mobilization and demobilization rates for one nos. expert/technician.The expert/technician shall be mobilized from Australia to carry out repair jobs of johnson screen/Wedge wire Screen/V-Wire Screen inside reactor/vessel at IOCL paradip Refinery site.Note:The Per \\"EA\\" rates are inclusive of both mobilization and demobilization rates. Hence only 01EA quantity will be paid on account of mobilization and demobilization in case one nos. of expert is mobilized and demobilized.The per \\"EA\\" rates are inclusive of travel man days and All other expenses incurred by vendor during mobilization & demobililzation, completion of IOCL gate pass formailities, IOCL fire safety training, etc.

Traveling+Accomodation charges

Bhubaneshwar to paradip and back ( 8 EA VISIT x INR 6278 = INR 50224). Refer clause no 5.2 of SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT (SCC)-Technical i,e Pick up and Drop facility to OEM welder from Bhubaneswar Airport to hotel at Paradip/IOCL guest house shall be in OEM scope. Same will be paid as per actuals on submission of documentary evidence

Guest House/Hotel and Local Conveyance ( 360 DAY x INR 6565 = IINR 2363400) Refer clause no 5.3 of SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT (SCC)-Technical i,e 5.3 Boarding/Lodging charges and to-Fro local taxi charges from vendor's stay at paradip to project site at Paradip Refinery, IOCL will be paid as per actuals on submission of documentary evidence. In case, Boarding/Lodging and to-Fro conveyance arranged by IOCL, amount against shall be non-claimable
