| 1 | M&L for Cleaning and sterilisation of Over Head water tank of capacity 50000 Gallon having two compartment each of 25000 gallon of height 20 mtr above GL and cleaning the tank as detailed below:-(a) Stage-I Mechanically dewatering - In the first stage of mechanized dewatering of OHT process the manhole and surroundings are cleaned of dirt, Mud and algae after which the water below the foot valve level is pumped out using special de-watering equipment.(b) Stage-II Sludge removal- In the second stage removal the sludge which has settled on the floor of the OHT is sucked out using special sludge pumping equipments.(c) High pressure cleaning - In the third stage, walls and ceiling of the OHT are thoroughly cleaned using special high pressure jet cleaners which rid of the walls off calcinations, algae and all contaminants which cling on the internal surface of the OHT helping the microbiological contamination to grow. |
| 2 | (d) Stage IV- vacuum cleaning- In the fourth stage remove the sludge by using industrial vacuum cleaner, remove the resultant contaminants making the OHT absolutely speck-free.(e) Stage -V Anti-bacterial spray-In the fifth stage Anti-bacterial treatment to walls ceiling are made totally sterile from bacterial attack using special anti bacterial agents.(f) Stage -VI UV Radiation- In the sixth stage of process sterilisation and disinfection is done by using UV radiation by a specially developed UV radiator which is used to kill any suspended or foating bacteria remaining OHT.(g) Stage VII Painting- In the seventh stage provide two coat of epoxy drinking water paintco to the walls, ceiling and bottom of the OHT,complete all as specified and as directed by engr -in-charge. Note : Contractor should write the date of cleaning and next date of cleaning in a bold letter |
| 3 | M&L for Cleaning and sterilisation of under Groung/Semi Under ground water tank of capacity 30000 Gallon having two compartment each of 15000 gallon, and cleaning the tank as detailed below:-(a) Stage-I Mechanically dewatering - In the first stage of mechanized dewatering of UG Sump process the manhole and surroundings are cleaned of dirt, Mud and algae after which the water below the foot valve level is pumped out using special de-watering equipment.(b) Stage-II Sludge removal- In the second stage removal the sludge which has settled on the floor of the UG Sump is sucked out using special sludge pumping equipments.(c) High pressure cleaning - In the third stage, walls and ceiling of the UG Sump are thoroughly cleaned using special high pressure jet cleaners which rid of the walls off calcinations, algae and all contaminants which cling on the internal surface of the UG Sump helping the microbiological contamination to grow.(d) Stage IV- vacuum cleaning- In the fourth stage remove the sludge by using industrial vacuum cleaner, remove the resultant contaminants making the UG Sump absolutely speck-free.(e) Stage -V Anti-bacterial spray-In the fifth stage Anti-bacterial treatment to walls ceiling are made totally sterile from bacterial attack using special anti bacterial agents.(f) Stage VII Painting- In the seventh stage provide two coat of epoxy drinking water paintco to the walls, ceiling and bottom of the UG Sump, complete all as specified and as directed by engr -in-charge. | 4 | Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for taking out/laying of pipe lines, cables and getting out and forming bottom surfaces to required gradient all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimeter thick in layer in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed . |
| 7 | Repair to road cutting on PCC path by providing 1:3:6 type C1 in 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 10 cm thick slab complete. |
| 8 | Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 20 mm bore including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified. Note: Damaged pipes to be replaced with new one under relevant srl item of supply and fix. |

| 22 | Note : (i) The complaints for the above works shall be registered by contractor at the water supply complaint cell of AGE E/M. (ii) Stationary required such as complaint book, job cards etc shall be arranged by the contractor and proper record shall be maintained by the contractor.(iii) Tools, Plumber and Transport with driver for attending of above complaints shall be arranged by contractor. (iv) The rate quoted by the contractor for above jobs under item No 20 shall be inclusive of cost of works under note (i) to (iii) above. (v) The above complaints shall be completed within 12 Hrs of the registration of the complaints. (vi) The stores required for the works under item No 20 shall be issued and measured separately under relevant item. (vii) Excavation, returning/ filling shall be measured and paid separately.(viii) Amount of Rs 1500 per complain will be penalized if complain is not attended with in 24 Hours |
