Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and handing over of complete of 3 phase Diesel Generator Set of capacity 62.5 KVA along with allied works at Tubewell Raika for filling Station Narwal along with allied electrical & Civil works for its operation. The job includes supply of 415 Volt 3 phase 50 Hz DG Set (CPCB Complaint) along with acoustic enclosure as per pollution control norms, AMF/ Control Panel with all protections, battery charger, batteries, base frame of approved make (Kirlosker/ Cummins/ Mahindra or equivalent make). The job includes construction of DG foundation (PCC for base & RCC for foundation), grouting and finishing. Positioning and alignment of DG Set on foundation mounting with anti vibration pads after safe transportation of DG Set and accessories. Connection of fuel system, exhaust system and electrical system, integration with AMF / Change over panel. The job includes supply and laying of LT power and control copper cables of suitable capacity for distance of approx. 40 mtrs from Tubewell panel to DG Set with cable termination using glands and lugs. Earthing of DG Set, control panel and neutral. Making of connections with the existing electrical system by using proper cable trays supports and protection system. Testing and commissioning of DG Set after checking of all the systems, insulation resistance with a trial run of 4 to 8 hrs after ensuring proper functioning of AMF System. Complete job includes Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and handing over of complete of Diesel Generator Set, tools, tackles, consumables required for completion.
