To Perform such services and execute such works covered under the \\"Term contracts for Aritificers works\\" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the Tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES schedule during period of One year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES standared schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (specifications) with errata/amendements 1(a) &(b) , 2 & 3 and SSR Part-II 2020(Rates) together with amendments no 01 to 122 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW 2249 (General conditions of contracts). Notes:- (a) Tenderer shall quote in Cell No. F15 of this sheet his percentage above / below the rates given in SSR-2020 Part-II. (b) Tenderer shall select Excess (+) / Less (-) in Cell No. E15 to quoted percentage above / below the rates of SSR-2020, (c) If no percentage above or below MES Sch 2020 Partt-II (rates) is offered, Nil percentage shall be considered.
