Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.(1) Dismantling of Cylinder Assembly.(2) Repairing of the cylinder head and piston, including polishing of the inner and outer surfaces and reconditioning of the threads.(3) Chrome plating, straightening, and machining of the piston rod to standard size, along with repair of the piston rod eye housing as per OEM specifications.(4) Repair and reconditioning of the damaged cylinder and its eye housing, including polishing and other associated threading and machining works.(5) Replacement of seal kit Ladder Cylinder (provided by NCL).(6) Reassembly of cylinder & tasting of cylinder.
