Supply of equipment, manpower and transport etc. on hire to DDA for demolition programme whenever required in DCC-1 under Dwarka Zone. Hire charges includes cost of service of operating staff, cost of lubericating oil, diesel/petrol, kerosene oil, other consumable for running the plant and machinery and all the taxes. The hire charges of plant and machinery on per day basis are for single shift of eight hours. The all labours shall be in proper uniform.

Terms & Conditions:-1 The agency shall carry the demolition items, equipments, instruments and manpower required for carrying out the same to the site of demolition at its own expenses. Nothing extra shall be payable by the authority to the agency in this behalf.2 The labour/ manpower employed by the agency shall always be employees of the agency and under no circumstances the authority shall have to do anything with the labour/ manpower. Any injury caused to the manpower, or damage to the demolitions items/equipments/ instruments shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the agency and nothing extra shall be payable to the agency on this account.3 The authority shall be entitled to make recovery at double the accepted rates in respect of any loss of damage suffered or sustained by it because of the failure of the agency to perform punctually. The decision of Engineer-in-charge regarding such recovery DDA shall be final and binding on the agency.4 All demolitions items, equipments as well as manpower whenever required for the demolitions shall be kept readily available at short notice. The agency shall be informed of the demolition programme at least one day in advance (by 9.00 PM) through letter, telephone, Whatsapp, email or any other suitable mode of communication.5 It is specifically agreed that in case of any failure/ non-compliance on the part of the agency, in respect of the supply of any equipments, manpower, the Engineer-in-charge shall be entitled to arrange requisite demolition equipments, and manpower at the risk and cost of the agency. It is further specifically agreed that any loss or damages suffered by the authority because of any non-fulfilment of the agencies obligations under the agreement or violations of the terms and conditions of the agreement by the agency shall be recovered from the agency.6 The agency shall be paid 70% (Seventy percent) of the awarded rates for labour & T&P deployed by agency at site in case the demolition programme failed/could not be carried out due to any reason at site. The decision of Engineer in charge shall be final and binding.7 In case any equipment or machinery becomes unserviceable, during the execution of demolition programme, the rates/ reduced rates be paid to the agency as per the recommendations of the Engineer-in-charge and it shall not be more than 50% of quoted/awarded rates. The decision of Engineer in charge shall be final and binding.8 Engineer-in-charge shall ensure that all the dismantled material received during the course of demolition at site will be the property of DDA and same shall be kept in record & will be auctioned in open market to bear the cost of demolition. The agency has to completely clean the demolition site by removal of malba complete in all respect & disposal of malba in nearby low laying area of DDA/approved dumping ground of MCD on as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.9 The contractor shall provide personnel safety equipment to all the manpower engaged on work. 10 All labours deployed at site shall wear uniform colour of reflective jackets for proper identification.11 The Agency may be asked to carry out upto three programmes in a single day depending on job and requirements decided by Engineer-in-charge.
