Replacement of main components 100 KVA capacity voltage stabilizer installed at D/well Kahpota. Dragging the stabilizer outside the pump room by deploying manual labour and with the help of tools tackles. Loading in the mechanical transport using crane and manual labour, shifting to workshop for repairs. Unfastening of nuts bolts and open the top cover and then extracting out voltage stabilizer assembly. Dismantling of complete unit extraction of damaged 02 Nos. of copper coil completely and providing and fitting in position of new copper coils for three phases of appropriate conductivity with proper insulation, insulation pads, varnishing and making of connections Providing fitting of 2 nos. rotary switches, volt meter (0 to 500) 01 no. and amp meter (0 to 250 amp) 01 no, Indicators – 03 Nos., Servicing includes dismantling the components from its position, cleaning of contacts with suitable solvent/solution and refitting in position. The job also includes P/F 100 amp. MCCB and Change over switch. Making of connections of transformer assembly including coils, voltage regulator switch, MCCB, and change over switch complete etc. Reconditioning of drained out T-oil by the way of filtration and heating to optimum temperature ensuring removing of slag, foreign depositions/moisture etc. Cleaning of inside of tank with scrubbers and solvents for removal of slag, etc. Topping of fresh T-oil – 1 Barrel. Assembling of equipments and shifting to site of installation. Installation in position of the stabilizer, making of connections at input and outside by way of providing and fitting of new thimbles at cable ends and including insulations and fasteners. Testing of equipment on no load, full load, partial load with periodic observation for all connected parameters.The job also includes Providing and Fitting of new60 HP oil immersed star delta starter with T-Oil 15 ltrs (approx.) after proper thimbling.
