| 26 | Upper Limit of Mobilization Charges: Mobilization charges should not exceed 2 % of Total Evaluated Price. However, after opening of price bids, if it is observed that mobilization charges quoted are higher than 2%, such bidder(s) shall be evaluated restricting the mobilization charges upto 2% of total evaluated prices and contract shall be awarded (in case bidder becomes L-1) restricting mobilization charges to 2% of Total evaluated prices. |
| 27 | Upper Limit of Demobilization Charges: Demobilization charges should not be more than mobilization charges. And in case demobilization charges are quoted more than mobilization charges, demobilization charges shall be also be restricted to mobilization charges (refer 4.2 above) for evaluation of contract value as well as payment purpose. |

The standby charges shall be paid for actual standby time at the daily rate prorated (24 hours a day) basis, as per the standby clause 16 in Conditions of Contract under Annexure-III.
