1.0) Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract of 1 No. 13 passenger lift installed at Geeta colony community hall alongwith all accessories and control equipments with 4 nos. landings/openings i.e. (G+3) floor at a 1/0 m/s rated speed which includes routine, preventive & break down maintenance for a period of three year including repair/replacement of worn out items i/c electrical,electronic parts of all kinds including ARD battery movable,immovable/metal or platic parts for proper functining of lift etc. with minimum downtime period, warranty & guarantee of repaired/replaced items as per additional terms & conditions enclosed .
