| 2 | Decorative Panelling with 1.0mm Textured Laminate : Providing and fixing decorative panelling to walls or surfaces, consisting of 12mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) grade plywood (conforming to IS:710). The plywood shall be fixed over a pre-installed framework using headless nails and approved synthetic resin adhesive, ensuring the surface is perfectly true to line and level.The face shall be finished with 1.0mm thick textured laminate of approved shade, make, and design. The laminate is to be bonded using high-strength FR-grade (Fire Retardant) adhesive, applied uniformly to ensure a bubble-free finish. |

| 6 | Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling /terrazo including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete and as all specified and directed. |
| 7 | M & L for Providing and laying floating-type laminated wooden flooring of 8mm thickness, using HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) core (conforming to EN 13329 standards or equivalent). The flooring shall have an AC3/AC4 wear rating as per traffic requirements, with a melamine-impregnated decorative surface and a balancing film on the underside.The installation shall include a sub-layer of 2mm to 3mm thick non-crosslinked polyethylene (PE) foam or similar approved padding material to act as a moisture barrier and acoustic cushion. The planks shall be joined using a glueless \\"Click\\" interlocking system, ensuring tight, seamless joints. |
| 8 | Supplying and fixing matching wooden skirting or beading of approved shade and texture to complement the HDF laminated flooring. The skirting shall be made of HDF or moisture-resistant MDF (typically 60mm to 75mm in height and 12mm to 15mm in thickness) with a factory-laminated finish.The skirting shall be fixed along the periphery of the walls to cover the mandatory expansion gaps of the wooden flooring. Installation is to be done using concealed clips, headless pins, or high-strength adhesive as per the manufacturer’s specifications, ensuring mitered joints at all internal and external corners for a neat, seamless appearance. |
| 9 | Supplying and fixing in repairs high-grade 0° Degree (Full Overlay) auto-concealed hinges with an integrated soft-closing mechanism (hydraulic buffer) for cupboard/cabinet shutters. The hinges shall be manufactured from high-tensile Mild Steel with a Bright Nickel-Plated finish or Electro-Galvanized coating to ensure superior corrosion resistance and durability. |
| 10 | S&F Powder coated aluminium (miimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators frame and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge |
