| 1 | Service Charges for Carrying out 'C' Check maintenance for DG sets from authorised rep or service engineer from the OEM of DG set of Kirloskar / Cummins / Mahindra make of 100 to 200KVA capacity installed at various loactions, incl injector & valve tappet setting, checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of filters & oil, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold cap, screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, removing the existing unserviceable engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new oil & coolant top up, charging of battery, filling of distilled water, cleaning of radiator fins by using blower / inside tank with solution (caustic soda with water) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, trial & testing etc. (Note : (a) New spares required for 'C' check will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. |
