| 12 | Park Benches: Providing and fixing decorative heavy-duty park benches (approx. 1.5m length) made of MS tubular sections (min 50mm dia/square for frame and approx 50 x 25mm rectangular tube for slats), including welding, grinding, and finishing. The work includes applying a coat of red oxide primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint. Bench legs to be either embedded in CC 1:2:4 block masonry (300x300x450mm) or fixed to the finished floor using MS base plates and expansion anchor bolts as per site requirement. |
| 13 | Dewatering: Pumping out water from the pond including removal of slush and mud by mechanical means using diesel/electric pumps of required capacity, including 24-hour operation, fuel, and labor. |
