| 20 | Hiring of Vehicle (Scorpio/Bolero/Innova/Tavera or equivalent) to be used by the Engineer Incharge for supervision of the project including Fuel/Toll Tax/ Driver/ any other maintenace charges of the vehicle. The max. Kms to be driven per day is 120 Km. In case the vehicle is utilized less than 120 km on any given day, the payment shall be subject to deduction on account of actual fuel savings. Such deduction shall be worked out proportionately based on the approved mileage (km per litre) of the vehicle and the prevailing fuel rate. |
