| 6 | M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | M&L 15mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement. |
| 13 | M & L for applying two coats of white wash as in ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |

| 16 | M & L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltrs but not exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after repairing/ cleaning, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Reparing/ cleaning etc shall be measured and paid separately. |
