| 1 | The Job includes Complete repairing of both the indoor (AHU) and outdoor condensing units 1 of the Blue Star make split ducted air conditioning system. The job involves detailed inspection of the entire system to identify defects in the refrigerant circuit, compressor, blower assembly, fan motors, control panel, and safety devices. The outdoor unit shall be dismantled and cleaned using suitable coil cleaning agents and high-pressure water, followed by rectification and replacement of defective components. The work includes replacement of the PCB in the outdoor unit, involving disconnection and removal of the defective board, inspection of electrical connections, and installation of a new factory-calibrated PCB compatible with the existing model. Necessary control wiring, compressor and fan motor interfacing, and programming of operational parameters such as compressor sequence and protection features shall be carried out Functional testing shall be performed to ensure smooth operation of the outdoor unit under normal load conditions. The job includes the complete repair and restoration of the compressor installed in the outdoor condensing unit of the Blue Star make split ducted air conditioning system. The work shall involve thorough inspection and testing of the compressor to identify electrical or mechanical faults such as motor winding failure, valve leakage, refrigerant flow restriction, or oil contamination. The compressor shall be isolated from the refrigerant circuit, and necessary connections of suction, discharge, and electrical terminals shall be carefully dismantled. The defective compressor shall be opened and repaired by replacing faulty components such as motor winding, pistons, valve plates, bearings, or gaskets as required, followed by cleaning and reassembly using genuine spares. After repair, the compressor shall be tested for continuity, insulation resistance, and pressure leakage. The job further includes replacement of the damaged refrigerant piping between the indoor and outdoor units with approximately 20 feet of new copper pipe All joints shall be brazed with silver rods under nitrogen purging, pressure-tested, vacuumized, and charged with 18 kg of refrigerant gas. The pipeline shall be properly supported, insulated with closed-cell nitrile rubber (19 mm for suction and 13 mm for liquid line), and installed to ensure minimum pressure drop and vibration. The indoor AHU unit shall be serviced thoroughly, including cleaning of the evaporator cail, blower, and drain tray. The AHU motor shall be dismantled, cleaned, rewound with Class 'F' copper wire, fitted with new bearings, aligned, and repainted. The motor shall be tested under no-load and full-load conditions before reinstallation. Final alignment, belt tensioning, lubrication, and electrical connections shall be ensured for vibration-free operation. All electrical and control components including wiring, thermostat, contactors, and safety controls shall be inspected, repaired, or replaced as required. Upon completion, the entire system shall be tested and commissioned by measuring suction/discharge pressure, voltage, current, temperature differential, and airflow to confirm rated cooling and heating performance. The complete job includes complete servicing of outdoor and indoor unit after repair, tool and tackles charges, cost of material, skilled labour and all kind of taxes.
