| 2 | Design, fabrication, supply, assembly, installation, testing & commissioning of POE enabled smart suspended mounted strech fabric decorative luminaire along with necessary Driver/componenets (UL/CE certified) as per OEM design . The shape and dimension of luminaire shall be as per tender intent drawing. The housing shall be made of aluminum 6062 White powder coated color RAL 9003 finish matt 50%. The luminaire have LM80 compliant high efficacy LEDs having CRI ≥ 80 & CCT 3000K & life of 50000 burning hours. The LED efficacy shall be minimum 160 lumen/w & shall have SDC<5. The luminaire shall ensure average illumination level of 300 lux to 400 lux and average uniformity ≥0.4 below luminaire at working plane level of 0.70M. True ceiling to false ceiling clearance is aprrox. 2m-3m . The luminaires shall be suspended using GI threaded rods or of suitable MS structure or suitable size to bear the load of luminaire. The luminaire shall use the rating of LEDs which are compatible including sensors and all other accessories as required for installation of fixuteres as per site requirement complete in all respect and as per technical specification and approved make.The luminaire shall use stretch fabric having following specifications complete in all respect:Fire retardant grade: European standard b-s1-d0 ( EN13501-1)Thickness: 0.15 to 0.20mm , Weight Approx.: 200gms/sq. mtr ,Breaking strength lengthwise: 185 kgs/cm2 Breaking strength widthwise: 220 kgs/cm2 ,Elongation lengthwise: 210% ,Elongation widthwise: 305% Hardness: 93.5 Shore A. Light reflection properties High glossy: >80%Light reflection properties for matt: <10%Light transmittance properties back lighting: minimun 70%Resistance to humidity: a) Impermeable to Water and steam, b) Anti-bacterial , Anti Fingal and Anti-Static, c) Flame retardant , non-flammable and self-extinguishing Thermal Properties: Dimensional Stability -5 deg C to +55 deg CRecycling properties: 100% recyclable. The luminaire shall be placed at following tentative heights from FFL: The structural drawing for fixing arrangement to be submitted by vender duly vetted from IIT or NIT. |

| 6 | Design Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of PoE Powered , suitable to operate with Lighting Management system as per OEM design to monitor and control the Above said Lights of Boq Item No.1 to 3- complete in all respect inclusive of all the componenets like cat6/OFC, POE switches, racks etc, including accessories,wiring, Cable laying for the system as per site requirement.Computer with the given specification (Pentium I7 , 8 Core , 3.6Ghz, 32 GB RAM, Storage : 2TB SSD, Windows Professional 11 or Above, 32\\" Screen Size HD LED, Wired Mouse , Wired Keyboard with Office Suite , Acrobat , Antivirus) has to be supplied and to be installed. POE switches and devices will kept in the POE room at mezzanine and departure level and the Monitor to be kept in the basement level. |

| 9 | Design, fabrication, supply, assembly, installation, testing & commissioning of IP 20 Pendant mounted Ring LED Luminaire including suspension system , housing made of Aluminium, seamlessly welded or joint using suitable mechanism giving clean & good finish. Diffuser made of satin PMMA/Polystyrene. The luminaire shall deliver minimum 8000 lumen & with minimum system efficacy of 80 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have only down-wards lighting contribution. The luminaire shall have LM80, LM79compliant high efficacy LEDs having CRI ≥ 80 & CCT 3000K & life of 50000 burning hours. The LED efficacy shall be minimum 160lm/w & shall have SDC<5. Fixture should be hanged with Adjustable steel cable suspension. The luminaire shall have remote non integral BIS registered driver having THD≤ 10%, PF ≥0.95, surge protection ≥ 2KV & input volt age 140V to 270V. The LED Driver shall be easily available in India for repair and service. Tentative Diameter of the ring shall be 2400mm to 2700mm & luminaire height between 90Mm to 150MM. The luminaire shall be complete in all respect including wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS from nearest tapping points and all accessories as required for installation of fixtures as per site requirement complete in all respect and as per technical specification. The luminaire shall be with following certifications: LM79 from NABL accredited lab & LM80 issued by LED manufacture along with Photo Biological Safety Standard. |
| 10 | Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of rates (E&M)-2025 as and when required for an amount of Rs.50,00,000/-.(Rate shall be quoted in the Indian rupees only), payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixed amount of Rs.50,00,000/- as clarified below. For example if desired to quote 5% above on DSR (E&M) 2025 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 52,50,000.00. If desired to quote 5% below on DSR (E&M) 2025 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 47,50,000/-.Payment methodology shall be as per page no:SCC-36 |

| 12 | All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all the POE lighting systems including all the boq items executed under Subhead-I after 2 years of DLP as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance ,breakdown maintenance as required as per the good engineering practice, as per the instruction of engineer in charge and as per the terms and conditions of the specified tender. |
