Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven DoubleTwisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS16014:2012, MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100mm with tolerance of ±2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1minterval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meterof mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied@3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulderswith least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as perdirection of Engineer-in charge .

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. ( for screening )

Floating rafter Providing and installation of floating rafter at site of water body i / c supply of material viz. Sponge foam, geosynthetic non-woven fabric, concrete block, U-PVC pipes, PVC fibre-net, specified group of plants, bio-culture housing, GI wire, etc. and assembling as per drawing/approved desing and as per direction of engineer-in-charge. The cost shall include maintenance of rafter including (replacement of plant or rafter if required) for 08 months (commissioning period-maintenance period)

Treatment of drain by Bio-remediation for Providing and sprinkling bio-culture (certified microbe from any national laevel research organization as IITs, NITS, CSIR labs, etc)/or similar in proportion 1 liter per 1 MLD (Capacity of STP) as per directions of manufacturer/its approved licences during commissioning or phase of acclimatization of plants and when required. (including installation of dosing points 1 no/MLD)

Operation and Maintenance Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of the Phyto-remadiation system of the drain for 8 Months as per the scope of the work and specifications. The Item includes cost of deployment of required no. of experienced manpower, tools, tackles, parts, spares, equipments, consumables and all such material required for smooth and uninterrupted working of the complete system.
