Members to be fixed in a grid of 600mm x 600mm (c/c) using dash fasteners/screws and plugs including anti-termite treatment to wood surfaces, necessary edge trims, internal/external corner profiles, and end caps. and final cleaning of the surface, silicon sealing at junctions with ceiling/floor, and removal of protective film as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of surfaces of plastered walls and applying Two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. over and including a coat of primer and 1.0 mm thick white wall care putty (premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. |

| 7 | M&L Vitrified light shade tiles 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade using coloured tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | Taking down carefully point wiring for one light, socket or power etc incl all fittings such as switches sockets, holders, light fittings, fan requlators etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall, ceiling etc including seperating serviceabel light fittings, switches etc and keeping in safe custody for reuse and removal of unserviceable materials from site complete all as specified and directed.
