Design, Providing and erection of prefabricated (Thermally Insulated) With 60 mm (Puf Insulated) walling double story shelters for office complex including plot leveling, development works, Sub soil investigation (SSI), Design and drawings to be approved by IIT/NIT, civil foundation, Walkway, Installation of steel structure with cladding. Mechnical, Electrical and telecom installation etc according to drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Additional requirements/Specification: - (i) Roofing: Pre-painted GI Sheet (Min Thickness 0.50 mm)(ii) False ceiling as per particular specification and approved design. (iii) Doors and Windows as per approved design. (iv) Flooring as per particular specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) All electrical fittings (Quality as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge) (vi) Water supply provisioning with 4 x 1000 Litre insulated tank and staging (3 to 4 mtr) above ground and plumbing work. (vii) Sanitary works with provision of suitable septic tank. (viii) A Gantry of 10 Ton capacity should be installed in working area having double storey height as per approval of the Engineer-in- Charge. (ix) Miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (x) Fixed facilities with building as per requirement of Wksp consisting of a Gantry crane.(xi) Construction of two toilet blocks each consisting of 01xWC & 04 urinal pots respectively.
