In panels the concrete shall be cut sharply around all the four edges/edges as per site by diamond cutter upto the full depth of concrete, before demolition of panels without disturbing the existing concrete in adjacent panels. |

| 4 | Removing demolished concrete debris (retrieved from PQC/DLC) to the crusher plant, not exc 5km distance including loading, Unloading, depositing and stacking at the destination , complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Removing the surplus/unserviceable concrete debris obtained from item No. 1 here-in-before and item No 7 here-in-after loading and unloading and depositing outside MoD land. Disposal of debris outside MoD land disposal of debris outside MoD land is the responsibility of contractor and no extra payment will be allowed for lead and lift for removal and deposition of debris beyond the MoD land complete all as specified and directed. |

| 8 | Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting to the required gradient and camber including filling in depression and hollow, watering, leveling etc. complete using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber under optimum moisture conditions to achieve at least 98% of maximum dry density determined using modified proctor density method as per revelant IS code. |
| 9 | M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V using pulverised demolished concrete obtained from item no.7 herein before, including adding any deficient material to obtain the desired grading as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with naturaI sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag' or combination there of as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013. complete all as specified and directed.Note:- 1) The rate includes pulverization, grading as per GSB grade V and lead of crushed material to the laying location. |
