| 4 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces fair and even without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm ) in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately |
| 7 | Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Material and labour 18-20 mm thick Granite ( Jet Black) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 including full rounding the exposed surfaces including dismantling unserviceable ston e slab/ tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortor complete all as specified and as directed.
